- 2005: Some Hearts, Underwood’s debut album, was released near the end of 2005. Her album topped the charts and became country music’s biggest debut since 1991.

- 2007: Bring on the Grammy awards! Carrie Underwood won awards at the Grammys, CMA Awards and CMT Music Awards.
- 2008: Carrie Underwood wins ‘Top Female Vocalist’ at the Academy of Country Music Awards. Underwood co-hosts with Brad Paisley at the Country Music Awards where she also wins ‘Female Vocalist of the Year’ for the third year in a row
- 2009: In February of 2009 Underwood performs “Last Name” at the Grammys and wins the Best Female Country Vocal Performance Grammy.
- 2010: Underwood sings the National Anthem at Super Bowl XLIV and begins her ‘Play On’ Tour in the spring of 2010. On July 10, 2010 Carrie Underwood marries Mike Fisher. During 2010 Underwood is also seen in various magazines, was honored by the CMT Artists of the Year special for making the Top 5 Artists of the Year, received six wins at the American Country Awards, and played a role as Tiffany in How I Met Your Mother.
- 2011: Touring and co-hosting the CMAs were enjoyable events for Underwood, but one of the biggest things to set 2011 apart from the rest is Underwood’s film debut in the movie Soul Surfer where she plays the role of Sara Hill.
- 2012: From releasing a new album to her hit world tour that entertained over half a million fans, Carrie Underwood continued to stay busy throughout 2012.
- 2013: Carrie Underwood’s Blown Away tour exhibition opens summer of 2013. Costumes, set pieces, instruments and other tour pieces will be included in the exhibition.
